After waiting an excruciatingly long 3 weeks for an important package to arrive, I got fed up with the inefficiency within the shipping process.

With our background in tech, my partners and I knew a better shipping process could be built, so we created Fare: a Toronto-based software delivery community, tailored for local retailers and eCommerce stores to grow their online sales channel. Our goal was to finally provide your customers with the quality shopping experience they had come to expect from Amazon, but at the local level.

Since launch, we’ve already partnered with many local businesses, delivered thousands of packages and transformed the way they deliver forever.

Why Fare?

With the rise of Amazon’s 2-day shipping and other large retailers shifting to e-commerce, where can a local business make its mark when more than half of the customer’s life-cycle sits at the mercy of the main couriers to do a barely tolerable job? I’ve been that customer. Never again do I want to experience such lackluster service and see businesses pick up the pieces those couriers left behind.

Types of packages do we send?

We deliver pretty much anything from A to Z including: Specialty food, clothing, accessories, household items, and wholesale supplies.

Does Fare integrate with Shopify?

How much does a delivery cost?

Our same day deliveries are very affordable. Sign-up and we’ll provide a customized quote based on your pickup location and package size. We can guarantee we’re more cost effective and faster than any nationwide carrier.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We service the major cities of Ontario and are rapidly expanding our territory.

How do I track my packages?

We provide a tracking number and real-time updates for all packages. Customers will also receive an SMS notification when the driver is on the way and when the package has been delivered.

What’s the largest package you deliver?

Our typical packages are 12" x 12" x 12" but we can deliver packages up to 36" x 36" x 36"

What happens if my package gets lost?

If the customer or concierge is not available to receive the package, the driver will leave the package at the doorstep and take a picture as proof of delivery. If the driver does not deliver the package, we will refund the cost of the contents of the package. *We are not responsible for missing packages after it has been delivered.

Do you offer no contact delivery?

Yes, all of our deliveries are contact free.

Do you take signatures?

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we cannot accept signatures at this time.
